Website delivery

When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data is processed to deliver content, limit attacks, and investigate errors. The website and its API are provided through Cloudflare.

Account and sign-in

Depending on the sign-in method, we process information such as your email address, display name, sign-in provider, session data, and security-related events. Passwords are never stored as plain text.

Apple and Google sign-in are also subject to the privacy policies of the respective provider.

Models and community

Published models, descriptions, tags, preview images, publisher names, and interactions such as likes or reports are processed to operate and moderate the marketplace.

Private model backups and public marketplace models are handled separately. Public content can be accessed through model pages and technical interfaces.

Support and AI assistance

Support requests can include contact details, messages, attachments and, for signed-in users, relevant account and subscription information. With explicit consent, content may be sent to the AI service named in the form to assist with wording a response. The AI does not make automatic changes to accounts or subscriptions.

Storage, security, and your rights

Data is retained only as long as necessary for operation, security, support, legal obligations, or enforcement of rules. Backups may remain for a limited period.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. Some account data can be changed or deleted directly through account management.
